CANDY CANE LANE - A Trio of Christmas Cards

Hello Friends! Today I'm showing you a few of the printed papers in the new Candy Cane Lane Christmas Designer Series line. I love candy houses of any size or shape and this one is adorable. The little houses on this paper really caught my eye, especially with the eye catching color combination.

I made three cards - one using a white background, one with a crumb cake background, and one with just the printed paper background. These cards are quick and easy. They're perfect for gifts of luscious Christmas cookies or candy.

Isn't the candy house adorable? The sentiment is from the new stamp set "Candy Cane Christmas" that coordinates with the papers. After all, it's all about the sugar with me! The card below was embossed with the Softly Falling Embossing Folder and I added a stamped candy cane to the twine.

This card is super easy and quick to make. Simply cut a line of houses the width of the card and a smaller width of the dotted designer paper. Tie with the Real Red 3/8" satin ribbon, add the stamped candy cane, and sentiment. The sentiment is from the new stamp set "Suite Seasons".

I hope you enjoyed today's sneak peek!

    1. The paper has two different size houses. I cut out the houses out of the paper for the first two cards. For the last card, I cut a strip of 3 houses out of the paper - no fussy cutting on that one! All the houses are cut from the paper - they probably look bigger depending on the card orientation.
