I've made a lot of cards with this color combination. To me it is soothing, elegant, and just down right pretty. This card was made for a sketch challenge on Stamps To Die For (Patsy Waggoner). Her sketch was terrific - nothing complicated, the elements were placed beautifully, and is great for all skill levels.

Here's my card:

The copper foil is so luxurious! And especially so when it's embossed. For this card, I used the Petal Burst Impressions Embossing Folder. The flowers are embossed with the Copper Emboss Powder and fussy cut. The sentiment is from "Thoughtful Branches" stamp set (I am so going to miss this set when it is gone) and I wrapped some Copper Metallic Thread around the sentiment banner.
